Role overview

Tata AIA Life Insurance is looking for a Branch Agency Manager within its Business Associate Model at Manager level (401). The position is based in Ghaziabad and Gurugram. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering branch business targets by strengthening the distribution ecosystem, improving sales performance, managing branch operations, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team engaged and productive.

Business and distribution growth

  • Develop and widen the branch distribution network by engaging NLAs, NAAFs, BAs, Leaders, and DPBAs.

Team leadership

  • Coach, develop, and support Sales Managers including Executives, Assistants, and BAMs.

  • Ensure sales activities follow internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
