Overview
This role is for a security bouncer supporting order, safety, and guest management at a physical work location in Victoria, British Columbia. The position requires in-person attendance, as remote work is not available.
Languages
English is required.
Education
A certificate or diploma in a trades-related program is required.
Experience
Applicants should have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Work arrangement
This is an on-site position only. Duties must be carried out at the employer's physical location, with no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Support guests and clients who need special assistance.
- Prepare written reports as required.
- Apply rules and regulations to keep order, handle conflicts, and observe ongoing activities at the venue.
- Conduct patrols in assigned areas.
- Help identify and stop shoplifting and theft in retail settings.
- Maintain a professional approach in customer interactions and service.
