Key responsibilities
- Direct the rollout and ongoing improvement of beverage offerings across every resort outlet and service area.

- Contribute to the design and enhancement of cocktail, wine, coffee and non-alcoholic beverage menus that suit each venue concept and the resort’s positioning.
- Measure the resort’s beverage standards against leading international bar benchmarks, including references at the level of the World’s 50 Best Bars and other top-tier recognition standards.
- Arrange and oversee structured development for bartenders, baristas and beverage team members through tastings, technical coaching and service training.
- Create engaging guest experiences such as cocktail workshops, tastings, guest bartender takeovers and interactive beverage activations.
- Develop partnerships with beverage brands, suppliers and other collaborators to strengthen product quality, visibility and commercial outcomes.
- Track beverage cost, pricing, stock movement, wastage, Micros accuracy and revenue results with Finance, Purchasing and Cost Control teams.
- Carry out market and competitor research to keep pricing, product mix and positioning competitive and relevant.
- Coach beverage supervisors and associates, support team development and succession planning, and encourage recognition of strong performance.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should bring 3 to 5 years of progressive beverage experience gained in luxury hotels, resorts, globally recognized bars or premium restaurant groups.
Strong familiarity with non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wine, coffee, matcha and luxury beverage service standards is expected.
Experience contributing to award-calibre, internationally benchmarked or otherwise high-profile beverage programs is preferred.
A strong network or practical understanding of beverage brands, suppliers, guest bartenders and industry partners will be an advantage.
The role also requires solid financial capability, including control of beverage costs, pricing, inventory, supplier negotiations and menu engineering.
Applicants should be able to train bartenders, baristas and service staff to a high standard in both technical execution and guest engagement.
Prior pre-opening experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury resort setting is highly desirable.
