About the role
We are looking for an experienced baker to join a busy, energetic bakery team in Burradoo, New South Wales. In this role, your love for baking will help deliver high-quality products to customers every day. The bakery operates in a fast-moving environment, with team members who share knowledge and help build each other’s skills for future growth.
Working roster
Roster option 1: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
What the role involves
- Producing fresh baked goods to a consistently high standard in a fast-paced bakery setting.
- Helping create a positive customer experience through the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Keeping the work area clean, safe and aligned with proper food-handling practices.
- Supporting the bakery team and contributing to day-to-day leadership as needed.
- Working effectively in a busy environment and handling the physical demands of the job, including mixing, lifting and shaping.
What you will need
A formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience is required for this position.
