Role Overview
This position is focused on shaping enterprise-grade BSS and OSS solutions for B2B telecom clients. The role involves building architecture that fits client needs, integrates cleanly with existing environments, and supports long-term technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver BSS solution designs that align with client environments and connect effectively with current systems.
- Work closely with teams across functions to understand business goals and translate them into practical architecture plans.
- Create forward-looking technical plans for B2B accounts, making use of open-source tools and platforms when appropriate.
- Advise on TMF/TMF-compliant implementations and help ensure solutions follow accepted telecom industry practices.
Experience and Technical Expectations
- A total of 15 to 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a closely related discipline is expected.
- Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of telecom BSS and OSS platforms and how they are used across different business contexts.
- Experience designing sophisticated IT architectures with open-source technologies is important for this role.
