The marketing team is hiring a B2B Content Writer who can produce high-quality long-form and short-form content for different stages of the buyer journey. This role calls for someone who can move beyond simply writing well; the ideal candidate should be able to shape a persuasive argument, think carefully about audience needs, and adjust tone and structure for each format.
You will create eBooks, whitepapers, guides, and articles, and should also be comfortable developing newsletters, marketing emails, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership pieces aimed at senior executives. The team values writers who are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to maintain strong quality across varied topics and industries.
Active use of AI tools is part of the role. Candidates should already be using AI to improve workflow efficiency, content quality, or process design rather than relying on simple prompting alone.

Responsibilities
- Write long-form B2B assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, guides, and articles.
- Create shorter content formats including newsletters, marketing emails, LinkedIn posts, and executive thought leadership pieces.
- Tailor messaging, voice, and structure to different audiences, channels, and content goals.
- Research complex source material and turn it into clear, convincing, and well-structured content.
- Adapt content to support the intended user journey and the argument being presented.
- Use AI tools in practical ways to improve efficiency, workflow, and content quality.
- Edit and upload content in WordPress.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and high editorial standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to content across multiple industries.
Requirements
- Strong writing ability with a portfolio showing both long-form and short-form B2B work.
- Native-level English, or English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- At least 2 years of experience writing B2B content.
- Experience ghostwriting for senior executives, including thought leadership and LinkedIn content.
- Good research ability and the capacity to build persuasive arguments from detailed source material.
- Ability to adjust style and tone for different audiences, platforms, and content types.
- Preferred technical writing experience.
- Preferred experience writing for multiple industries.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO.
- Experience publishing and editing content in WordPress.
- Comfort working with AI tools as part of content production workflows.
