Role Overview

The organization is looking for a motivated and growth-minded Assistant Project Manager who can work closely with the project team, strengthen coordination, and contribute to overall delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot possible project risks and technical obstacles early and help develop workable solutions.
• Support the planning and tracking of team goals, schedules, and updates to project inputs.
• Keep project activities moving by following up with team members and monitoring progress.
• Maintain accurate project records and keep all documentation current, orderly, and safely stored.
• Prepare, review, and manage project-related communication such as proposals, internal memos, meeting notes, and emails.
• Work with clients to understand requirements, define the project scope, and agree on objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working as a project coordinator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good organizational ability and the capacity to handle several tasks at once.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to lead and coordinate team members effectively.
• Comfort using project management tools and maintaining documentation.
• High attention to detail, including when working under pressure.
• Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Working Arrangement
