Creative Direction & Concept Development

  • Interpret brand, product, and campaign briefs and convert them into focused creative platforms, visual directions, and storytelling ideas.
  • Build fully integrated 360° concepts for digital, social, print, video, retail, experiential programs, partnerships, and broader brand work.
  • Prepare and deliver concept presentations, mood boards, storyboards, visual references, and narrative directions for leadership and internal teams.
  • Take ownership of campaign art direction, including casting, location sourcing, visual styling, and selection of final assets.
  • Protect and evolve the brand’s visual identity so that all output remains consistent and aligned.

Content Strategy & Production

  • Direct photo and video shoots, covering casting, styling, location selection, props, reference gathering, and shot planning.
  • Work with producers to define production scope, build schedules, and deliver work within budget and timing requirements.
  • Lead photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative collaborators on set to ensure the output matches the creative vision and brand standards.
  • Oversee post-production work such as editing, retouching, color correction, motion graphics, and final sign-off.
  • Drive the creation of campaign materials including key visuals, social content, website creative, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, retail signage and collateral, OOH assets, print pieces, and executive presentations.
  • Offer constructive creative direction and mentorship to designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and freelance contributors.

Design & Asset Production

  • Create and supervise assets for digital channels such as social media, website banners, email templates, paid media, and presentations.
  • Develop print-ready materials including brochures, lookbooks, packaging, point-of-sale materials, event signage, and internal communication assets.
  • Adapt creative assets for different formats, placements, and channel requirements while preserving quality and intent.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with attention to technical accuracy, including specs, color profiles, formatting, and resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Brand, and Creative stakeholders to ensure creative work supports business goals.
  • Manage several projects at once while balancing deadlines, priorities, and available resources.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as printers, photographers, production teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Maintain design systems, templates, and brand asset libraries containing logos, fonts, images, and campaign files.
  • Keep creative resources organized, current, easy to access, and scalable across the organization.
  • Create and maintain toolkits, templates, and brand guidelines that help internal teams stay aligned and consistent.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Visual Design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer-facing brands.
  • A strong portfolio that shows campaign development and work across multiple channels.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Figma and motion or video tools is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of photography, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Background leading productions and coordinating outside creative partners.
  • Excellent skills in presenting, communicating, and managing projects.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment while balancing big-picture concepting with hands-on execution.
