Role Overview
We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join project teams of roughly five people, working alongside architectural technicians, architects, and partner/director-level leaders. The work will cover developments ranging from individual one-off schemes to large residential projects of up to 1,200 units. A strong design instinct and prior experience working in the UK are important for this position.
Project Experience
- Hands-on involvement with residential and social housing developments.
- Comfort working on projects that vary from small bespoke builds to large-scale housing schemes.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Good understanding of housing-related legislation.
- Strong capability in AutoCAD, which is essential for the role.
- Experience with Revit and SketchUp would be beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
