Job overview

This role is for a composite aircraft technician based in Changi, Singapore. The position is contract-based and requires on-site work with shift arrangements.

Key duties

• Carry out taper sanding, wet-layup work, and prepreg repairs on aircraft components.
• Interpret aircraft manuals and execute repairs in line with the stated procedures.
• Keep the work area orderly, clean, and free from hazardous items or conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures at all times, including requirements related to working at heights.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in composite repairs.
• Experience with radomes, fairing panels, cowlings, and hot-bond repairs will be considered an advantage.
• Strong command of English, with good spoken and written communication skills.
• A positive work attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with shift-based working hours.
• Willing to work in Singapore.
