Overview
Toloka connects curious, capable people from around the world with freelance online tasks that help train and improve artificial intelligence. The work is project-based and revolves around data annotation for generative AI initiatives with major technology innovators.
Role summary
As an AI trainer / annotator, you may be invited to participate in online projects whenever work is available. Typical assignments can include reviewing AI-generated outputs, checking factual accuracy, and comparing different responses.
Responsibilities
- Examine supplied materials carefully, including text, images, and videos.
- Apply project instructions to tag, label, or sort content accurately.
- Spot and report content that is incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or ambiguous.
Project-based working model
This is not a steady, ongoing workload. Tasks are issued only when active projects are running, and you may be selected for one or more projects based on your background and current openings.
Compensation
Pay varies by project according to its scope and the expertise it requires. For this assignment, the equivalent earning potential is up to 17 USD per hour.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in any professional role.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above, in both writing and speaking.
- Strong reasoning skills, including fact-checking and logical analysis.
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication skills, including the confidence to ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Clear interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
