Role Overview
DKMullin Architects is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work onsite in Moscow, Idaho. This role supports the owners as well as the human resources/office manager by handling a range of clerical and administrative activities in a busy architectural office. Compensation is stated as DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday HR-related tasks such as tracking time, managing benefits information, and handling applicant tracking activities.
- Draft, format, and send emails and other written communications.
- Keep filing systems orderly and up to date.
- Place orders for office and general supplies as needed.
- Provide broad administrative and office support to the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an administrative assistant role.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Comfort and proficiency using MS Office applications.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to set priorities effectively.
- Careful attention to detail and sound problem-solving ability.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
