Role Overview
The Account Coordinator will support media planning and campaign execution by working with Account Managers to build media strategies, coordinate with podcasters on sponsorship reads and brand approvals, prepare advertiser materials, handle insertion orders and campaign assets, and help ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers and Account Directors to help design media solutions for clients, with strong attention to detail and comfort using Excel and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate across content, ad operations, and finance teams to keep campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.
- Enter campaign information into NetSuite and other CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with Acast podcasters to manage and monetize available inventory.
- Work with Account Managers to prepare post-campaign reports and performance insights that support renewals.
Candidate Profile
This role is suited to someone with 1–2 years of experience in the podcast or media industry, or a relevant college degree. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about podcasts, brand storytelling, and advertising. You should be comfortable collaborating across teams and markets, able to work independently when needed, and capable of managing several campaigns at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in building a career in media sales.
Location and Work Style
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based in the Midwest or East region. Acast follows a remote-first approach, while some teams may also operate in a hybrid setup.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000, plus bonus.
