Role overview

The Academic Support Officer will help students strengthen academic skills, improve communication, and better understand academic integrity. This role works closely with Course Coordinators and teaching staff to identify learner needs, run workshops, and manage academic misconduct matters in line with organisational policy.

Key duties

  • Work with referred students by creating learning plans and monitoring progress.
  • Handle academic misconduct cases according to policy and procedure.

About you
