About the internship
This telecalling internship offers hands-on exposure to customer engagement, sales support, and day-to-day communication in English and Hindi. You will help the team reach prospects, respond to queries, keep interaction records organized in Excel, and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities. The position is designed to strengthen practical skills in customer service, persuasion, and coordination with the sales team.
What you will do
- Place outbound calls to potential customers and existing contacts to present products and services.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries with clear, helpful information about the company’s offerings.
- Update and maintain customer interaction records accurately in MS-Excel.
- Assist in identifying leads and moving them toward sales conversion.
- Work with the sales team to support targets and overall business goals.
- Communicate confidently in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Stipend
