Role overview
The HR intern will support the Talent team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, reporting, and process support across scheduling, reviews, learning programs, and employee-related activities.
Calendar, meeting, and coordination support
You will help manage calendars for Talent team members and stakeholders, arrange internal meetings, review discussions, training sessions, and employee check-ins, and handle meeting logistics such as invites, room bookings, and follow-up communication. The role also includes supporting interview coordination, feedback discussions, and other talent-related meetings.
Documentation and record management
The internship involves preparing and maintaining letters, trackers, reports, and other operational documents. You will update employee records, trackers, and databases carefully and on schedule, while also supporting documentation for talent processes, policies, and employee communications. Assistance with presentations, meeting notes, and status updates is also part of the work.
Case review and feedback coordination
You will support the administration of case reviews and performance feedback processes, track review completion, follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines on track, and help consolidate feedback into reports for Talent leadership.
Learning and development support
The role includes coordinating workshops, learning sessions, and training programs; managing registrations; tracking attendance; organizing logistics; collecting feedback; and maintaining training records and completion trackers. You will also assist with broader learning and development initiatives and employee growth programs.
Process support and team operations
Additional responsibilities include helping coordinate summary review activities across teams, tracking milestones, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs, ensuring follow-ups and required documentation are completed on time, and supporting reporting and governance tasks. You will also provide operational support to the Talent team, coordinate with employees, consultants, and leadership, assist with engagement activities and internal events, and contribute to data management and process improvement efforts.

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 18 June 2026 and 23 July 2026, commit to a duration of 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interests to the role.
Stipend and deadlines
