The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable team member to support customers across the civil, water, wastewater, and drainage sectors while keeping yard operations running smoothly in a busy branch.
Key Duties
- Organise, stack, and store products safely and efficiently.
- Handle inbound goods and manage stock as it arrives.
- Load and unload customer vehicles.
- Carry out stock control tasks.
- Complete deliveries as required.
- Assist customers with service, sales enquiries, quotations, and phone calls.
- Support day-to-day yard activities.
What You Should Bring
- Hands-on background in front-line or counter-based customer service and yard work.
- Practical experience driving a forklift.
- Understanding of the company’s products and their applications is an advantage.
- A valid full driver licence.
- Forklift licence with F endorsement, which is mandatory.
- Comfortable using computers to a reasonable standard.
- Confidence when approaching and speaking with customers.
- Good physical fitness for the demands of the role.
