Role Overview
We are hiring a Work Permit Receiver for an on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is centered on managing permit-to-work activity for electrical and utility project environments, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and coordination across site teams.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Work Permit Receiver in electrical or utility projects is expected.
- Prior work experience with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) is necessary.
- A current SEC approval or certification for Work Permit Receiver duties is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices, PTW systems, and site safety rules is needed.
- The candidate should be able to work smoothly with operations, maintenance, and project personnel.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.

This position involves overseeing permit-related processes, supporting safe execution of electrical work, and ensuring site teams follow the appropriate approval and safety requirements before work begins.
