About the Company
Auto Electric Service Ltd. has been serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet, and industrial sectors for more than 80 years. As southern Saskatchewan’s largest locally owned automotive parts warehouse, the company supports both retail and wholesale customers through its locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn.
Role Overview
The Regina Distribution Center is looking for a driven and positive Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse activity. This role is suited to someone with experience in warehousing, especially within automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts, though a strong willingness to learn and a dependable work ethic are equally valued. Knowledge of automotive products is considered an advantage.
In this position, you will help keep operations accurate, organized, and safe while contributing to timely order completion for customers across retail and wholesale channels. The work is active and fast-moving, so success in the role depends on attention to detail, physical endurance, and a consistent focus on safety.
Work Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or until the shift is finished
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or until the shift is finished
- Extra evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Keep warehouse areas tidy, well-organized, and efficient
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely, including pallet jacks
- Identify damaged goods and flag inventory differences for review
- Support cycle counts, stock replenishment, and shelf restocking
- Follow all safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure workplace
- Work closely with teammates to help meet productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or inventory-focused role is an asset
- Background in automotive, industrial, or agricultural products is beneficial
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for long periods
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail are important
- Ability to juggle tasks, set priorities, and adjust in a busy environment
- Experience with inventory systems is helpful
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude are expected
