Program Overview

This is a Career Progression Program (CCP) under the Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing track, designed to build the next wave of capable professionals for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

• Attachment: local placement with Pfizer Inc.
• Training allowance: CPF-exempted

Who This Program Is For

The program is intended to equip participants with practical capability and industry-relevant exposure to meet expected hiring needs in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Role Purpose

Pfizer’s warehouse and supply chain function supports patient safety and colleague safety while helping ensure medicines are delivered reliably. In this role, you will help maintain high operational and quality standards that contribute to the supply of critical treatments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement efforts in warehouse operations in line with GMP and cGMP expectations.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methods to cut waste, increase process efficiency, and strengthen compliance.
• Monitor improvement results and warehouse dashboards in line with IMEX performance measures.
• Maintain compliance of warehouse activities, records, and processes with GMP/cGMP, internal quality systems, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, update, and manage controlled documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, forms, and logbooks related to warehouse activities.
• Keep documents current, accurate, and aligned with document control requirements.
• Raise, evaluate, and support change-control requests covering warehouse processes, systems, layouts, equipment, and master data.
• Carry out impact reviews to assess effects on GMP compliance, data integrity, and day-to-day operations.
• Work with Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to implement changes in a timely and compliant manner.
• Review and refresh SOPs so they reflect operational changes, improvement initiatives, and regulatory updates.
• Ensure procedures match actual warehouse practices and systems.
• Support training so users understand revised procedures.
• Support the governance, upkeep, and accuracy of warehouse master data such as material master records, storage locations, and batch attributes.
• Analyze master data to spot inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build reports and dashboards to support data-informed decisions across warehouse and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• No prior experience in the biopharmaceutical sector.
• Fresh graduates are eligible, and mid-career candidates must have graduated at least 2 years before applying.
• Ability to support GMP/cGMP-focused warehouse operations and documentation.
