Role Overview
This opportunity is for a motivated and detail-focused customer service professional who can succeed in a remote setting. The role sits within a global support team and involves delivering high-quality service to customers across several communication channels. You will be expected to respond with professionalism, solve issues efficiently, and maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction. Customer Support and Communication
- Handle customer questions and requests through phone, email, and live chat.
- Share correct and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
- Communicate in a clear, polite, and empathetic manner.
- Act as a positive representative of the company in all customer interactions.
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting
- Support customers with basic technical concerns and service-related problems.
- Walk customers through solutions in a patient and helpful way.
- Manage complaints calmly and professionally.
- Refer complicated matters to the right internal team when needed.
Order and Case Management
- Handle orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Track open cases and follow up until they are resolved.
- Keep all notes and records complete, current, and organized.
Performance and Team Collaboration
- Work toward quality benchmarks and productivity goals.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay current on product changes, policies, and procedures.
- Share suggestions that can improve customer service and internal workflows.
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior customer support or call center experience is preferred.
- Good listening skills and a strong sense of interpersonal communication.
- Ability to stay composed and professional when dealing with pressure.
- Basic technical ability and comfort learning new systems quickly.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-driven, dependable, and capable of working without close supervision.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for supporting a global customer base.
