Working hours

This role includes an afternoon schedule from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, with flexibility to work in the morning as well. A night shift option is also mentioned, running from 11:00 am to 8:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch over security camera feeds from a remote location to identify unusual or suspicious activity.
• Work with internal teams when an emergency or accident occurs.
• Help protect company trucks and related assets.
• Prepare and share accident-related reports or video footage with the Safety team when incidents happen.
• Stay updated on workplace policies and office rules so procedures are followed correctly.
• Observe for disturbances, threats, or suspicious behavior, and judge when assistance is required.
• Take action to stop or reduce disturbances and help calm tense or confrontational situations when needed.
• Support emergency response procedures during an actual crisis.
• Maintain security logs and records accurately and in a complete electronic format.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good computer proficiency, including experience with Windows 7 or newer, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools.
• Sound judgment and confident decision-making abilities.
