Role Overview
Road & Rail Services is hiring a Vehicle Shuttle Driver in Lincoln, Alabama. This role focuses on moving vehicles safely across a customer’s property so they are ready for shipment.

Location: Comfort Suite, 270 Vaughn Ln., Pell City, AL 35125
Interview hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from 6/29 through 7/02

Pay and Schedule
The position offers different starting pay based on shift:
- A Shift: $15.00 per hour
- B Shift: $15.50 per hour
Shift start times are:
- A Shift begins at 6:00 AM
- B Shift begins at 4:00 PM
What You Will Do
- Move vehicles safely within the customer site following the assigned route and parking instructions.
- Follow all safety rules, operating procedures, and customer/company requirements.
- Check and record vehicle inventory as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and carry out housekeeping tasks assigned by management.
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ability.
- A strong safety-focused mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A cooperative attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
- A valid state driver’s license.
