User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

We are hiring a UX Researcher for our Riyadh team. This role is suited to someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in user research and usability testing who can turn user insights into practical recommendations that help improve digital products and the overall customer experience.

Arabic fluency is mandatory, and candidates who can start at short notice will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and needs.
• Lead research activities such as interviews, focus groups, surveys, and usability tests.
• Review and interpret research outcomes to uncover user goals, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop research outputs including reports, personas, journey maps, and presentation decks with key insights.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to guide design choices.
• Share findings and practical recommendations with internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital products and services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX research or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and customer research methods.
• Strong ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, and present ideas effectively.
• Proven experience producing research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Currently based in Riyadh or open to relocating there.
• Availability to join quickly is strongly preferred.
