About the Role
Ingenio Global is seeking a Transformation Programme Director to lead an enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative for a global digital engineering consultancy. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a significant transformation, with direct executive sponsorship and the ability to influence strategy, operations, talent, and delivery across the entire organization. The role involves driving complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting engineering, delivery, commercial teams, workforce planning, capability development, and operational excellence. A primary focus will be establishing and scaling an AI Centre of Excellence and integrating AI-first methodologies throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting all areas of the business.
- Establish and scale an AI Centre of Excellence.
- Embed AI-first ways of working across the organization.
- Influence strategy, operations, talent, and delivery with executive leadership.
- Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts.
- Ensure operational excellence throughout transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record of delivering change within technology, consulting, engineering, or digital services sectors.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its potential for business transformation.
