The Darwin office is now looking for a Trading Operator to join its collaborative and experienced team.
Role Overview
This position suits someone who enjoys supporting customers, communicates clearly, and works well in a busy environment. The role combines customer interaction, settlement activity, and website content checks to help keep the betting platform accurate and running smoothly.
Working Pattern
- Permanent full-time role of 38 hours per week
- Based on-site in the Darwin office
- Preferred availability is Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:00am to 11:00pm
- Alternative working arrangements may be considered
Key Duties
The role includes live phone betting support, market settlement, and trading content maintenance. You will help customers place bets over the phone, respond to questions, and handle issues in a professional and confidential manner. You will also support settlement work by checking event outcomes, pricing, and results so that customer payouts are processed accurately and on time.
On the trading and content side, you will help maintain the health of the website and mobile platforms by checking promotions, pricing, display quality, and key market visibility. This also involves creating and updating markets manually, running scripts, carrying out routine content checks, and following scheduled task lists carefully.

The work requires careful attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to investigate and correct settlement differences or incorrectly settled markets. You will need to work comfortably with betting systems, platform tools, and documentation processes, while contributing to a team environment built on varied knowledge and experience.
