Role Overview
This position is for a ThousandEyes Administrator with Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad. The role focuses on monitoring, observability, and support for application performance using ThousandEyes, along with related tooling and integrations.
Experience Needed
Candidates should bring 5 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work with ThousandEyes.
Core Responsibilities
The selected professional will help define, implement, and support application monitoring solutions using ThousandEyes as the observability platform. The role also involves working with monitoring thresholds, alerting logic, cloud environments, orchestration tools, and synthetic scripting.
Additional / Preferred Exposure
Nice-to-have experience includes working with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds. Familiarity with REST APIs, validation through tools like Postman or Curl, and usage of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems will be an advantage.
Technical Notes
Experience in synthetic scripting using Java is required for this role.
