Role summary
This role supports the rollout, setup, and ongoing improvement of risk and credit technology solutions. The position focuses on making processes more automated, accurate, and efficient by reducing manual work and strengthening control points.
What the job involves
- Help configure and enhance risk and credit platforms to improve automation, accuracy, and processing speed.
- Support business rule engine setup and changes for credit underwriting, policy execution, and operational risk scenarios.
- Contribute to Loan Origination System improvements linked to credit decisioning and workflow handling.
- Work with Risk, Credit, IT, and Operations stakeholders to convert business needs into system updates.
- Ensure all system changes align with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Take part in digital transformation efforts within the Risk function to lower manual intervention and strengthen control effectiveness.
- Candidates with prior exposure to Credit or Risk work, along with familiarity with FICO or similar rule engines and LOS platforms such as FinOne or Pennant, will be preferred.
