Role overview
This Tamheer trainee position is designed for a motivated and detail-focused candidate who wants practical exposure to business operations, reporting, administrative coordination, and document handling. The role offers hands-on experience in process coordination, progress tracking, and digital workflow support while collaborating with teams across functions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and regular progress updates.
- Handle document control, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Arrange meetings, compile meeting materials, and note down outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to keep work moving smoothly.
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Support process improvement efforts and workflow streamlining activities.
- Help use digital tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Eligibility and qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Applicants must also be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
Required skills and knowledge
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to prepare reports and track progress effectively.
- Working knowledge of document management and coordination methods.
- Preferred familiarity with digital systems and workflow optimization.
