Role Overview

Key Duties

• Handle walk-in and phone orders from guests accurately and efficiently.
• Work with third-party delivery partners and manage online orders.
• Collect payments and provide reliable estimated quote times.
• Prepare orders for pickup and ensure packaging is correct.
• Watch the curbside pickup area and assist guests arriving by car.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, new additions, and packaging requirements.
