Suitsupply is hiring for a Tailor position tied to the opening of its new Easton Town Center store in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will apply technical tailoring skill, attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship to deliver high-quality alterations for men’s garments. You will partner with the store team and customers to ensure every piece is adjusted for an excellent fit, comfort, and polished appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out alterations and repairs on men’s tailored clothing with precision and care.
• Guide clients on fit, body measurements, and garment construction when needed.
• Consistently meet strong standards for workmanship and finish quality.
• Work with sales and styling colleagues to support smooth turnaround times and a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized tailoring area in line with store expectations.
• Contribute to team learning by sharing tailoring knowledge and supporting skill development.

• Experienced tailor with hands-on work in men’s suiting and alterations.
• Genuinely interested in precision work, fine craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Careful, dependable, and able to work efficiently even when deadlines are tight.

• Flexible and motivated to keep improving tailoring techniques.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers competitive pay in the range of $20 to $30 per hour, along with benefits.
