Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve assigned queries and transactions within specified timelines.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via email and/or chat.
• Perform price validation.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and vendors, ensuring clear and concise responses to requests and instructions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and manage reports and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Additional Information

This role requires good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Secondary skills include strong written and verbal communication in English. Desired soft skills encompass excellent MS Office (Excel & Word) knowledge, strong problem-resolution abilities, and effective interpersonal skills.
