Overview
This contract opportunity is with a well-established organization recognized for innovation and high standards in digital product work. The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is fully onsite. It pays USD 30 per hour on a W2 basis and is scheduled to end on 1/6/2027.
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst works under the Process Lead for Customer Supply and collaborates with Sales Operations Managers, distributors, and the logistics team to keep customer supply processes running smoothly and to support distributor needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong distributor relationships so product availability and service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Support wholesale and retail growth by tracking inventory, preparing forecasts, and analyzing supply data while balancing the needs of partners and the business.
- Handle distributor, field sales, and internal team requests promptly and resolve issues with a strong sense of urgency.
- Keep forecasting, ordering, and reporting systems accurate and reliable for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Offer training, direction, and day-to-day support to users of supply chain and reporting tools when required.
- Work with teams across the business to improve supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, along with advanced analytical ability. Experience with Business Objects and SAP is considered a strong advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred, though comparable hands-on experience may also qualify. The role calls for 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another customer-facing position, plus the ability to stay organized and effective in a busy, fast-moving environment. Candidates should also be able to respond quickly to shifting business needs and market conditions.
Additional Information
This position is 100% onsite in Milwaukee, WI 53208. The hourly pay rate is USD 30 under a W2 arrangement. The contract is set to end on 1/6/2027.
