Role Overview
This position is centered on expanding market presence across Europe through partnerships, external engagement, and industry influence. The role is based in Munich or Düsseldorf, Germany, and is intended to be performed on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market expansion efforts, build strategic alliances, engage external stakeholders, and strengthen Autel’s thought leadership across Europe.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, association gatherings, industry events, and partner meetings throughout the region.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners, automotive aftermarket associations, service networks, and other important ecosystem contacts.
- Track market movements, customer demand, competitor actions, and emerging business opportunities within the European automotive aftermarket.
- Contribute to the growth of new business segments in Europe, including ADAS, electric vehicles, diagnostics, and smart mobility offerings.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, technical support, and leadership teams to turn market insights into business priorities and action plans.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Business, or a closely related area is required.
- Prior experience in market development, business development, strategic partnerships, external relations, or industry engagement in the automotive aftermarket or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket landscape, including associations, workshops, distributors, service networks, technology providers, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and communication ability, along with the confidence to represent the company in external settings.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to recognize market shifts and turn them into business opportunities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
