Sr. Analyst – Survey Execution

Role Overview

This role is for a detail-focused Senior Analyst in Survey Execution within a leadership advisory and research services environment. The position calls for 5–7 years of overall experience, with about 2–3 years spent in survey delivery or research operations work. The assignment is based in Gurugram and follows a hybrid working setup.

What the Role Involves

• Create and run online surveys across multiple digital survey platforms.
• Convert questionnaire briefs into functioning survey builds and workflows.
• Apply advanced survey features such as skip/display logic, masking, piping, and randomization.
• Carry out full link checks and quality reviews before survey release.
• Identify and fix problems related to logic flow, survey setup, and response capture.
• Work closely with internal teams, research partners, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Make sure surveys work smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Prepare supporting documentation, execution notes, and summary presentations.

Ideal Experience and Background

The preferred candidate will have strong exposure to market research, leadership advisory, assessment, consulting support, or similar environments. Practical knowledge of questionnaire structure, testing, and troubleshooting is important, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or equivalent platforms.

Education and Communication Skills

A graduate degree in any stream is acceptable. A postgraduate qualification in management, analytics, or research will be an added advantage. Strong written communication, presentation ability, and stakeholder handling skills are essential.
