About the Role
This role sits within Tapestry’s Global Total Rewards organization and supports the design, delivery, and administration of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs across Asia. The position is focused on building reward solutions that help attract, keep, and engage talent for the brand portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Take part in annual compensation and benefits surveys, track market movement, and analyze internal pay structures and pay components to help keep the company competitive.
- Create proposals and pay guidance for complex cases, including mobility-related choices and analysis, while following established procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee the Asia mobility program, including offer preparation, coordination with HR business partners, tax consultants, mobility vendors, and handling employee questions.
- Support the annual renewal process for insurance and flexible benefits across Asia markets.
- Coordinate and manage vendors connected to compensation and benefits, such as mobility providers, tax vendors, pension administrators, and wellness/benefits partners.
- Serve as a project team member for the annual compensation review cycle, helping leaders prepare for performance review discussions, bonus payouts, employee communication, and total compensation statements.
- Assist with equity program administration and prepare equity income statement submissions to meet local tax obligations.
- Track how well benefits programs are working and recommend improvements or policy updates when needed.
- Handle additional regional reward-related projects as assigned.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with around 2–3 years of exposure in rewards, finance, or HR.
- Strong English communication skills for working with English-speaking stakeholders.
- Comfort working across cultures and demonstrating respect for diversity.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong client service mindset, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning.
- Mobility experience and related knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
