About the role

Stage 3 Separation focuses on high-quality solids control systems built for mud management, helping customers lower operating costs and, when needed, support limited or zero-discharge solutions. The company also relies on a cross-functional team of field technicians, supervisors, engineers, and scientists to recommend the most effective and cost-efficient approach for each job.

The organization’s core priorities include safety, teamwork, innovation in technology, and strong operational integrity.

  • Perform basic routine maintenance and simple electrical service work on equipment.
  • Operate heavy machinery under supervision in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Keep the work area clean by using pressure-washing equipment.
  • Take part in daily safety meetings.
  • Prepare required PJRA/JSA documents, inspection records, observation reports, and checklists.

  • You must be able to work outdoors in cold, wet, and hot conditions.
  • You should be able to stay away from home for 14 days or longer during rotations.
  • You must keep shared accommodations clean and organized.
  • Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills are required.
  • You should be able to progress to Field Level 1 by passing a performance review and competency tests.
