Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is responsible for coordinating day-to-day site operations and ensuring that construction, installation, and setup activities match project requirements, safety expectations, and delivery timelines. The role includes overseeing civil and structural work, checking quality standards, carrying out site inspections, and working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to address technical challenges. The Site Engineer also contributes to the execution of laboratory, safety, and interior projects in line with engineering and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily activities at the worksite and keep construction and installation work aligned with approved plans.

Supervise civil and structural execution, with close attention to workmanship, quality, and schedule adherence.

Perform regular site checks and inspect ongoing work to confirm compliance with project, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and keep work moving smoothly.

Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents and progress updates related to site execution.

Support the delivery of laboratory, safety, and interior solutions according to engineering and design needs.

Ensure that all work follows company standards as well as applicable regulatory and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should be comfortable working in active site environments such as construction and installation locations.

Strong verbal and written communication is needed for effective coordination with teams, contractors, and clients.

Hands-on experience with quality control, site inspection, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements is important.

A solid understanding of structural engineering concepts and their use in industrial, laboratory, and interior projects is expected.

The background should be in civil engineering or a closely related engineering field, preferably with exposure to construction or industrial work.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, along with familiarity with relevant engineering and project management tools, is necessary.

The role demands strong problem-solving ability, careful attention to detail, and the capacity to handle several tasks and deadlines at once.

Knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety rules, and industry practices will be considered an advantage.

Prior experience on laboratory, healthcare, or industrial facility projects will be helpful.
