Job Summary

This is a contract role for an initial period of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal. The position supports project teams by handling documentation control, organization, distribution, tracking, and compliance with internal as well as regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep project files well-structured and aligned with company procedures and applicable regulatory standards, including BCA and ISO requirements.
  • Record, monitor, and circulate incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Support project teams with formatting, preparing, and submitting reports and other project documentation.
  • Maintain orderly filing, version management, and document retrieval through company systems.
  • Assemble document issue packs and maintain accurate tracking logs and distribution records.

Requirements and Attributes

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a site office setting supporting large construction or development projects.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Strong accuracy and a disciplined approach to filing standards and document control processes.
  • Solid knowledge of document tracking, naming conventions, and version control practices.
  • Ability to manage deadlines while assisting several project teams at once.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to stay responsive to team needs.

Contract Details
