Role Overview
We are hiring a dependable, quick-moving short-form video editor to support a high-performing Instagram brand focused on Amazon and e-commerce content. This position is built for someone who can handle a heavy edit load, work quickly, and keep output consistent under tight deadlines.
What You Will Edit
You will be responsible for producing a large monthly volume of short-form content, including:
- 20 to 40 Instagram Reels each month
- 30 to 90 ad creatives per month, depending on campaign requirements
Editing Requirements
- All Instagram Reels must be created directly in the Instagram Edits tab; this is a mandatory requirement and is tied to performance.
- Deliverables must be turned around very quickly; speed is the top priority for this position.
- You should be able to keep the visual style and opening hooks consistent across a large batch of videos.
- Work will be based on raw footage and reference samples supplied by the team.
Who This Role Suits
This opportunity is best suited to an editor who has already handled short-form content at scale, works efficiently without losing quality, and understands the elements that drive Reels performance, including hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently against deadlines. Familiarity with direct-response ad creatives and the distinction between organic and paid content is also important.
