Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests and complaints received via O2 Care.
- Serve as the primary link between customers, technicians, and branch staff.
- Plan and allocate service visits based on technician location, urgency, and technical fit.
- Track ongoing service jobs and make sure they are closed on time with complete records.
- Keep service information updated accurately in the ERP system.
- Check in with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare daily and monthly service performance summaries for management.
- Ensure service work follows company standards, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plan terms.
Eligibility
Candidates aged 25 to 40 who hold a graduate degree or diploma are eligible to apply.
