About the role
Stellantis &You Germany is looking to strengthen its friendly and motivated team at the Dresden/Leipzig branch in Leipzig. What you will do
- Welcome customers in person and handle incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate customer appointments and workshop scheduling in an organized manner.
- Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide dependable service support.
- Assist service advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What we are looking for
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
- First practical experience working with customers.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- A customer-focused attitude, confident presence, and calm, professional behavior even in challenging situations.
