Service Administrator

Role overview

This role is for a Service Administrator within the heavy machinery sector in Dubai. The opportunity is restricted to applicants who already have relevant experience in heavy machinery; candidates from unrelated industries will not be reviewed.

Key responsibilities

• Track service execution quality and ensure regional process adherence, while flagging service quality concerns, significant product quality defects, and any unusual issues.
• Coordinate the collection of system-related issues and oversee the rollout of system improvement measures.
• Arrange and manage service resources, detect unusual cases such as inadequate or improper use of service assets, and work with other departments to allocate support where needed.
• Handle additional duties assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and competencies

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or automobile engineering is required.
• Applicants should have a background in after-sales service within the construction machinery industry and be familiar with the full after-sales service cycle.
• More than 3 years of experience in after-sales service and service team management is expected.
• Strong command of the native language is required, along with fluency in English or Chinese and solid speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in one of those languages.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools is necessary.
