Role overview

This opportunity is for a senior web designer based in Germany and is being promoted on behalf of a partner company that will handle applications and the next stages of the hiring process. You will be expected to guide design work from the earliest concept through to final handoff, ensuring the finished output is visually polished, usable, and aligned with the client’s goals. Key accountabilities

• Own the complete web and UI design process from initial ideas through final delivery.
• Develop original visual concepts and production-ready designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Handle several active assignments at the same time without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Work with project managers to keep design direction aligned with client expectations and feedback.
• Tailor design solutions for different industries and brand identities for an international client base.
• Apply best practices for usability, visual appeal, and responsive layouts.
• Iterate on work based on feedback while keeping standards consistently high.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in UI and web design, whether gained in freelance or full-time roles.
• Hands-on capability with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch.
• Proven experience managing complete design projects independently from start to finish.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates digital, web, and interface design work.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills for juggling multiple priorities.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Availability to work on a schedule aligned with US Eastern Time, from 9 AM to 6 PM ET.
• A collaborative attitude and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
