Senior Sales Executive - POS Solution

Role Overview

Innovations Global is hiring a seasoned Senior Sales Executive in Dubai to support growth for a technology business focused on point-of-sale systems, self-checkout solutions, and retail and hospitality tech offerings.

The position comes with a monthly salary range of AED 5,000 to AED 8,000. A valid UAE driving licence is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate fresh business opportunities and consistently work toward sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and convert customers in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and related industries.
• Present and sell POS hardware, software, self-checkout products, and other IT solutions.
• Meet clients, deliver product demos and presentations, and handle commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Oversee the full sales process, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and look for opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Track market movements, competitor activity, and new technology developments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is needed.
• Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of sales experience in POS solutions, retail technology, IT hardware or software, payment solutions, or similar fields.
• Strong hands-on familiarity with POS brands and competitors such as NCR, HP, Toshiba, Diebold Nixdorf, Epson, Zebra, Honeywell, Verifone, or comparable products is expected.
• A solid history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the UAE market is required.
• A well-developed network in the retail, hospitality, and F&B sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Holding a UAE driving licence is mandatory.
