Role Overview
This position supports the safety and day-to-day security of a school campus in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on protecting students, staff, and property by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly to any concerns.
Key Responsibilities
The security team member will keep watch over security systems, conduct patrols across the school premises, uphold safety rules, and handle incidents or emergencies as they arise. Accurate recordkeeping through logs and incident reports is also an important part of the job.
Desired Skills
The role calls for strong alertness, a sharp eye for detail, confident communication, and good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with security procedures and protocols is also important.
Experience and Qualifications
Prior work in security is preferred, especially in a school or similar educational environment. Candidates should ideally hold relevant security management certification(s).
