Role overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in the sales organization. Your main focus will be to spot qualified opportunities, initiate initial outreach, and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Research target companies and find the right decision-makers and contacts across the DACH region in a B2B context.
- Reach out to potential customers proactively through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and similar channels.
- Assess leads to uncover real business challenges and sales potential.
- Book appointments for the sales consulting team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to continuously refine and improve processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A strong drive to perform and take initiative, whether in sales, sports, or volunteering.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and comfort handling phone-based outreach.
- Structured thinking with the ability to plan ahead and work in an organized way.
- A true team mindset alongside a strong performance orientation.
