About the role

This is a full-time remote sales position for someone who is commercially oriented and eager to grow Paathz’s footprint in Indonesia. Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality groups, and other hospitality businesses across Indonesia.

  • Arrange meetings and product demos with hotel owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation through onboarding and activation.
  • Keep CRM data current and record all sales activity accurately.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market plans.

  • Consistently meet monthly revenue goals and business development KPIs.
