Role overview
VIQU is hiring ambitious Sales Executives to build a career in recruitment with a strong commercial focus. This position suits people who already work in sales, business development, or another target-led B2B environment and are ready for greater earning potential, quicker progression, and long-term growth.
The role centres on selling contract and permanent recruitment solutions across multiple industries. Prior recruitment experience is not required; if you can sell, create strong business relationships, and perform well in a competitive, results-driven setting, the company will provide the training needed to succeed.
What you will do
As a Sales Executive, you will be developed into a 360 recruitment consultant, with particular emphasis on the sales and revenue side of the role. From the start, you will work closely with experienced managers and high performers who will provide one-to-one coaching and support.
- Win new business proactively and grow fresh client relationships
- Spot and pursue sales opportunities in your market
- Run sales calls and meetings with decision-makers
- Develop and maintain your own client base
- Negotiate fees, terms, and offers
- Work toward revenue and billing goals
- Handle the recruitment process from client acquisition through to placement
This is a fast-moving role where performance directly influences both earnings and advancement.
Candidate profile
VIQU is especially interested in people with backgrounds such as B2B sales, SaaS, telecoms, professional services, business development, account management, outbound or phone-based sales, estate agency, lettings, property sales, or any role that has involved targets, KPIs, or commission.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, driven by results and earnings, confident speaking with senior stakeholders, resilient when facing rejection, and motivated to build a long-term career rather than just take a short-term job.
