This position is part of the sales development pipeline for the META region and is designed for someone who can open conversations, build interest, and support enterprise growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as the bridge between marketing and sales by identifying, engaging, and qualifying promising enterprise prospects in Arabic-speaking markets. The role centers on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and setting up meetings for the account executive team.

Key responsibilities
- Introduce SentinelOne’s enterprise value proposition to prospects across Arabic-speaking markets.
- Generate, research, and qualify leads through calls, emails, and campaign follow-up.
- Respond to inbound interest while also creating new outbound opportunities to expand the pipeline.
- Learn each prospect’s business model, priorities, and decision-making structure.
- Adapt messaging so it speaks directly to enterprise-level needs and challenges.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with important stakeholders.
- Arrange qualified meetings and hand them over to Account Executives for deal progression.
- Work closely with the enterprise sales organization to keep transitions smooth and aligned.
- Track activity, pipeline movement, and performance metrics for the Business Development Manager.
- Stay informed about product updates, competitors, and broader industry developments.
Skills and experience expected
- Strong spoken and written fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Prior experience in sales development, account executive work, or a similar lead-generation position.
- Comfort and confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Evidence of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Working familiarity with CRM platforms; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous.
- Practical Excel skills for monitoring and evaluating performance data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Confidence in delivering persuasive and engaging presentations.
- A collaborative, self-starting mindset with enthusiasm for growth and learning.
